A percentage or a fixed amount, and per ticket type when the sale opens and closes.
Connect your own shop
Selling elsewhere? Upload your ticket list as a CSV and buyers have their ticket in PartyPPL too.
Pre-Buy
For nights whose sale has not opened yet: visitors pay ahead and we buy the ticket in the official shop. If that fails, they get their money back.

Campaigns for the agenda
We advertise PartyPPL ourselves, with campaigns that bring people to the agenda.
Share cards
Every night has an image of its own for social, and the studio makes posts and posters.
The importer
If your agenda is on your own site or at a ticket shop, it is often already in: the importer reads 101 sources, every half hour. With an account you take those nights over.
API
A REST API with an OpenAPI description, for your own site, app or till. You create tokens yourself in the portal.
MCP
Connect your organisation to an AI assistant through api.partyppl.nl/mcp, with OAuth. The assistant only sees your organisation.
Spotify
A playlist of your line-up on the event page, once there are enough tracks by the artists.
Your own ticket shop
Tickets from your own shop connect with a CSV, so buyers have them in PartyPPL too.
Moderation
Every submitted event goes past the agenda team, usually within 24 hours. We act on reports from visitors.
You stay in control
With an account you edit your own page yourself, right away, even on the night.

Whoever signs in confirms once, with a date of birth, that they are 18 or older.
Privacy and servers
Our main server is with OVH in Germany, with a standby copy in Canada. It is all in the privacy statement.
Safe night out
On the event page, the first aid and water points of your site map. If they are not there, we say: ask at the entrance.
Noodknop
A button for anyone who feels unsafe, with emergency contacts per event from the organiser.

Create the organisation
Name, Chamber of Commerce number and a short description. You are the owner straight away and can add your team.
Get verified
We check the Chamber of Commerce entry or an e-mail address on your own domain. Then you can sell and feature.
Add your first event
Date, venue, line-up and ticket types. The agenda team takes a look and then it is live.
How fast is my event live?
Usually within a day, weekends included. If we have doubts about the venue or the line-up, we ask you something and it takes longer.
Do I have to sell through PartyPPL?
No. You can link to your own ticket shop and then you pay us nothing. You just will not see sales numbers with us.
When do I get my money?
With Stripe Connect, Stripe pays out on your account's schedule. Without a Stripe connection we pay out, within 3 working days after the event.
What happens if I have to cancel?
You report it in the portal. We refund, void the tickets and tell buyers, everyone with an I'm going and the waiting list.
My event is already listed. What now?
Then you take it over. Create the organisation and claim the event; we link it to your account instead of making a second one.
Can my door crew get in without seeing everything?
Yes. With the Deur role someone only sees the scanner, the guest list and the exports. Someone leaves? Remove them from the team.
Does it work for a large festival?
Yes. Timetables per stage, a site map, several doors, national featuring and an API. For an integration or a demo: e-mail us.
What does a demo cost?
